You have battle scars from over-engineered and underperforming slop, and you care about writing code that lasts. You're deep in the infrastructure layer — scaling systems, managing cloud infrastructure, building reliable distributed architectures. You've designed and operated production infrastructure on AWS, not just used managed services. You've been on-call, debugged production issues under pressure, and designed for reliability. You may be coming from a platform/infra team at a big tech company, a DevOps-heavy role at a scale-up, or anywhere with a serious AWS footprint. Responsibilities

Scaling and hardening our AWS infrastructure to meet growing enterprise demand
Analyzing request logs, debugging event streams, and improving system reliability
Designing and building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power our AI platform
Helping us migrate off CDKTF — if you've done this before, we want to talk to you
Building internal tooling to automate workflows and increase team leverage
Writing evals to identify weaknesses and drive improvements in our LLM-powered systems
Working across the stack when needed — from backend services to frontend — to ship complete solutions
Contributing to Anterior's SDKs, developer documentation, and platform architecture
