Haig Point Club & Community is looking for an enthusiastic Member Service and Guest Attendant to join our dynamic team! About Us: Haig Point is a premier private club and residential community, known for its unparalleled natural beauty, world-class amenities, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Situated on Daufuskie Island, accessible only by ferry, our club offers a unique and tranquil work environment surrounded by stunning Lowcountry scenery.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work on an island, with dependable transportation to ferry access points.

Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier service and personalized assistance to our members and guests.
- Greet, assist, and ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Serve, fresh and hot gourmet coffee, and pastries.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing packages, for members, and guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of member service areas.
- Address member and guest inquiries efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Uphold Haig Point’s standards of service, contributing to an atmosphere of hospitality and excellence.
