Member Growth Lead Our early team is searching for a full-time Member Growth Lead to own our member growth function from the first point of contact to renewal. You will work directly with the Co-Founders, Head of Magnetism, and Founding Operators to design, organize, and own a high-performance business development funnel. This role reports directly to Aurora's CEO, and has the potential to rapidly grow into a senior leadership position across Growth & Business Development. This is an opportunity to play a central role in building and growing the world's highest-impact business development function, building an unparalleled network amongst world-class founders, athletes, creatives, family offices, premium brands, and enterprises, and developing an ultra-high-performance member community that relies on our platform on a daily basis.
