Acting as a delegate to the Experience Manager, you are a people-oriented supervisor who effectively coaches and motivates staff. You share your experience and knowledge to assist the team in hitting their sales goals and targets as you’re considered a solid performer because you’re able to hit your own sales goals and targets. Afterall, a team that works together, wins together! Your typical workday will also be full of interaction and engagement with members and potential members ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors. You do this by matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people. You are available to answer questions regarding membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed. Your availability: Monday to Sunday. Annual salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 + performance-based commission eligibility. The posting is for an existing, currently open position. The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
