About The Position

Collins Community Credit Union is hiring a Member Experience Representative. This role requires a competitive, independent, and proactive individual who can solve problems and achieve results through collaboration. The representative will promote and offer credit union products and services to both new and existing members, referring them to appropriate departments when needed. Responsibilities include handling transactions via phone, addressing member inquiries, and acting as a Credit Union advocate. This is an onsite position at the Blairs Ferry Rd location in Cedar Rapids. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Promote and provide credit union products and services to new and existing members with referrals to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Handle transactions via phone, answer member questions, and act as a Credit Union advocate.
  • Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain and protect the Credit Union's professional reputation and maintain confidentiality and privacy of members' information.
  • Promote a positive image of the credit union.
  • Build member relationships by actively uncovering and evaluating members' financial needs and offering products/services to meet those needs, including follow-up calls.
  • Answer inquiries, open, maintain, and close all deposit products.
  • Assist members with loan, credit card, electronic services, and deposit products and service-related questions via appropriate communication channels.
  • Run financial transactions as necessary.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of all Federal Regulations and Credit Union Policies relating to this position.
  • Consistently meet department availability and adherence standards.
  • Demonstrate teamwork in all interactions with co-workers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.
