This position exists to serve members at the Skyland Branch in Tuscaloosa, AL, as a frontline representative. A Member Experience Representative engages members by onboarding them with Alabama Credit Union, opening new accounts, and providing a relationship-building experience. They assist members with loan requests and financial transactions, including giving and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments, while also identifying opportunities for members to utilize additional products and services. Duties include accurately and efficiently handling basic financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, posting credit card payments, balance transfers, and receiving debit card and check orders. The role requires providing information about products and services to members to serve their financial needs, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, and demonstrating strong attention to detail and salesmanship.
