About The Position

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, assisting with questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility. This is a high-volume call center environment, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering quality service.

Requirements

  • Previous call center or customer service experience required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily in a professional and efficient manner
  • Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Document interactions and updates using internal systems
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
