Requirements

- Experience in customer service (bonus points if you've worked with cash).
- The ability to communicate like a pro—both in writing and out loud.
- Tech-savviness to master our online tools and systems.
- A team-player attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Answering questions and solving member puzzles.
