Requirements

  • Experience in Luxury Hospitality, Customer Service, or High-End Fitness Environments – You understand what it takes to deliver best-in-class service.
  • A Passion for Fitness & Wellness – You believe in the product and take advantage of our world-class services and amenities.
  • A Relentless Pursuit of Excellence – You set the bar high and push yourself to exceed expectations.
  • Strong Attention to Detail – You ensure every aspect of the member experience is flawless.
  • Professionalism and Poise – You are polished, articulate, and thrive in a high-performance environment.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Criminal Background Check Requirement – All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Face of AVANT – Greet, assist, and engage members with a world-class standard of service.
  • Deliver an Elevated Experience – Anticipate member needs, provide personalized assistance, and ensure seamless operations at the front desk.
  • Master the Services – Be fluent in all offerings and amenities, guiding members through training programs, recovery solutions, and membership inquiries with expertise.
  • Support Sales and Retention – Assist in membership sign-ups, tours, and renewals, ensuring every interaction strengthens member loyalty.
  • Maintain Facility Excellence – Conduct regular walkthroughs to uphold AVANT’s impeccable standards, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to luxury.
  • Optimize the Service Desk Experience – Oversee operations at the member services desk, ensuring efficiency, organization, and proactive solutions.
  • Prepare and Serve Premium Smoothies and Coffees – Craft high-quality beverages with precision and care, adding to the elevated member experience.
  • Solve and Evolve – Approach challenges with creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Elevate Member Engagement – Cultivate relationships, creating a welcoming environment that fosters community and belonging.
