About The Position
Invictus is looking for a high-energy, organized, and people-focused Member Experience & Sales Operations Associate to help create an exceptional experience for our members and prospective members. This is more than a front desk role. You'll be one of the primary faces of Invictus and play an important part in the member journey, from responding to a new inquiry and giving a gym tour to welcoming new members, building relationships, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys people
- Dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, customer service, sales, or member services is preferred
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, professional member and guest experience
- Respond to membership inquiries and consistently follow up with leads
- Conduct gym tours and help prospective members understand our programs
- Assist with new member onboarding, retention, and member outreach
- Support membership accounts, billing, scheduling, and CRM accuracy
- Maintain an organized and professional front-of-house environment
- Support coaches and leadership with daily operational needs
