About The Position

American Heritage Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Experience Advisor for its Lansdale Branch. The role provides a premier level of service to members, clients, and associates to enhance the overall member experience. The advisor proactively engages existing and prospective members about their financial needs using a consultative approach.

The position processes account-related requests, including opening basic consumer accounts and maintaining member files. It also processes basic consumer loan requests, including signature and credit card applications, booking and disbursement, and loan file maintenance. The advisor uses sales tracking systems, member data warehouse programs, and other tools to assess member engagement and offer solutions suited to members’ current and future life stages. The role also connects members with Subject Matter Experts through SmartOffice/VANA technology for specialized financial needs.

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Rotating evening and Saturday hours are required.

Nice To Haves

• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a premier level of service to members, clients, and associates to enhance the overall member experience.
• Proactively engage existing and prospective members about their financial needs using a consultative approach.
• Process account-related requests, including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance such as address or name changes, adding or removing signers or owners, and plastic card requests.
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests, including signature and credit card applications, booking and disbursement, and file maintenance such as agreement modifications and Skip-A-Pay.
• Use sales tracking systems, member data warehouse programs, and other tools to analyze member engagement and offer solutions suited to members’ current and future life stages.
• Connect members with Subject Matter Experts through SmartOffice/VANA technology for specialized financial needs, including lending, mortgages, and account services.
