Requirements

• Knowledge of basic helpdesk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow verbal and written directions

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare/Medicaid work experience is a plus
• Outstanding customer service with call center background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls using an automated system and responds to basic and moderately complex provider questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel.
• Conducts outbound calls to resolve written provider requests/inquiries.
• Processes member updates for audit and reporting purposes and verifies the accuracy of the updates.
• Adheres to the client’s SLAs and consistently meets production targets.
• Communicates with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues.
