Responsible for processing and managing member enrollments in QNXT, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Experience with QNXT and prior member enrollment operations within a health plan environment is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or enrollment role required
  • Solid understanding of member enrollment processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data entry and knowledge of relevant computer applications and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive member information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet enrollment deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle complex enrollment issues and resolve member inquiries effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in member enrollment or a related administrative role in the health insurance industry highly preferred
  • QNXT experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process new member enrollments, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted.
  • Accurately enter member enrollment data into the enrollment system or database.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all member enrollment activities and communications.
  • Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding the enrollment process, benefits, and coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to member enrollment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service, claims, and finance, to ensure a seamless member enrollment experience.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new Member Enrollment Representatives, providing guidance on enrollment procedures and best practices.
