About The Position

Sentara Health Plans is recruiting a Member Enrollment Manager for Commercial and Individual Plans. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard working hours of 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. The role is remote within Virginia only. The Enrollment Manager will plan, direct, and implement processes related to all enrollment activities, including web, paper, and electronic enrollment, as well as group setup processes, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policies and procedures. This role is accountable for daily work flow, staff development, and quality control and quality assurance activities for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Applicants without a Bachelor's Degree will be required to sign a Bachelor's Degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of hire).
  • 3 years related experience in Healthcare or Information System Support REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of 834 eligibility file highly preferred
  • Enrollment Reconciliation and discrepancy resolution experience preferred
  • Health Plan enrollment experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, QNXT or any claims platform preferred
