Being a compassionate and dedicated advocate for the member to demonstrate a concierge attitude when assisting members with maximizing their benefits. Navigating the healthcare system and reaching their optimal health. Responsible for working on the phone all day in a call center to assist members and physicians by responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner. Conducting research. Spending approximately 90 of the scheduled time on the phone according to business need. This role will have onsite training in Richardson and training cannot be done remotely.
