As a Membership Care and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing, engaging, and advocating for patients joining the Enara program. This role oversees member onboarding, care, and education at partner clinics about Enara, utilizing various media like 1:1 education sessions, member testimonials, outreach to referring clinics, health fairs, and organizing events. You will also manage Enara's overall onsite workflow, collaborating with the partner success manager and clinical provider team to ensure consistent patient experience and educate clinic providers about the program. Additionally, this role supports virtual onboarding of referrals and leads across markets, with daily CRM tasks for lead and referral engagement.
