Builds relationships with Select Employer Groups promoting Member Business loans, deposits and other business products. Interview Member Business loan applicants to obtain financial and credit information, to ascertain needs, abilities, earnings and risk. Obtain necessary information, such as financial and operating statements in order to evaluate the credit request in accordance with the Member Business Loan Policy. Prepare and present/recommend to the Business Loan Committee any loans in excess of lending approval authority. Assume responsibility for proper documentation and review of accounts. Monitor loans to ensure that they are originated within the approved parameters. Aggressively calls on potential and existing Business Members to maintain productivity and profitability in lending and non-lending relationships. Will represent AOD Federal Credit Union in the community by actively participating in civic organizations, local and professional organizations to identify and develop new business members and enhance the image of AOD. Monitors existing loan portfolio to maintain a high-quality asset base and to ensure complete conformity with terms and to ascertain any developing trends. Maintains up-to-date member files including current balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow projections and all loan documentation. Actively calls past due loan accounts. Assists Member Businesses with loan related questions and concerns; works with Member Business on all facets of the relationship to include ancillary product offerings. Package loans and serve as business account "expert" within the CU.
