Growing together The Member and Veteran Liaison is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and is experienced in working with individuals including members with special healthcare needs, veterans, families, youth, advocates and key stakeholders. The Member and Veteran Liaison and staff directly reporting to this position are involved in community events. The ideal candidate will have lived military experience, such as being a military family member, service member, or veteran. The position serves as the point of contact within the organization and in the community on behalf of members and family members. This position works closely with other member support areas, including but not limited to Behavioral Health, Member Services, Provider Services, Care Management, and Quality Management. This position is responsible for program planning and development, implementing, managing and coordinating services according to state contract requirements. This is a Hybrid position with two days on site in the Phoenix office, three days working remotely, and travel up to 25%25 of the time in state based on business needs.
