American Health Advantage is seeking a customer-service oriented leader to support local service areas. This role involves coordinating with Insurance Producers to ensure a seamless transition for newly enrolled members, acting as a primary point of contact for members and their families, and providing ongoing support and updates regarding their plan. The Member Advocate will also serve as front-line support, collaborating with members, partner facilities, and integrated care teams to meet member and plan needs. A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining relationships with network providers and facilities within an assigned region, supporting network development activities to ensure adequacy. Regular member meetings, issue resolution, and comprehensive reporting on member status and facility activities are also required. All interactions must be compliant with CMS regulations. The Member Advocate will be responsible for a specific group of nursing facilities and ensuring all assigned services are carried out for the members within those facilities. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
