American Health Advantage is seeking a customer-service oriented leader to support local service areas. This role involves coordinating with Insurance Producers to ensure a seamless transition for newly enrolled members, acting as a primary point of contact for members and their families, and ensuring their needs are met regarding the plan. The Member Advocate will also develop and maintain relationships with key network providers and facilities, conduct monthly meetings with members, and track and manage member status and issues. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring all interactions comply with CMS regulations. The Member Advocate will be responsible for a group of nursing facilities and ensuring all services are carried out for the members within those assigned facilities.
