TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a part-time Member Advisor to join their team at the Grass Lake Branch. This role involves helping members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions to support their goals. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using technology and learning new systems
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open and maintain deposit accounts
- Assist members with consumer loan applications
- Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
- Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
- Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
