About The Position
TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a part-time Member Advisor to join their team at the Parnall Rd Branch location. This role involves helping members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using technology and learning new systems
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open and maintain deposit accounts
- Assist members with consumer loan applications
- Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
- Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
- Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
