The Member Advisor is often the first point of contact for our members and plays a key role in creating a positive experience. This role focuses on listening carefully, understanding each member’s needs, and providing friendly, accurate support. The Member Advisor helps members with everyday banking, answers questions, supports them with online and digital banking platforms, and connects them with the right advisor or product when needed, ensuring each member feels confident, supported, and well looked after.
