Member Advisor/Teller - Center Grove
About The Position
As a Member Advisor, you will be a trusted advisor to our members and process financial transactions. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assisting members with transactions (cash handling), problem-solving and member account maintenance, identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services, and providing excellent member service. This role may require assisting at other branches within the region as needed. This position offers a pay rate of $18/hour plus a Saturday bonus and is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has attention to detail, can multitask and adapt to change, and is a team player who also works well independently, seeking career opportunity and growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
