Requirements

Manufacturing experience preferred (we’ll train motivated applicants!).
Comfortable working with heat, metal, and precision tools.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Reviewing daily melt schedules and preparing the right aluminum alloys to keep production moving.
Loading furnaces with ingot and recycled metal, then monitoring temperatures and processes to create high-quality castings.
Keeping the melt clean and production-ready by skimming impurities, degassing alloys, and maintaining furnace conditions.
Collecting test samples and helping ensure every melt meets quality standards.
Coordinating the safe movement and pouring of molten metal to support casting production.
Following product specifications and work instructions to help create precision components used in aerospace, defense, and other cutting-edge industries.
Performing equipment checks, maintaining 6S standards, and helping keep the foundry safe, organized, and efficient.
