This role is responsible for properly melting and transferring product (butter) to the correct holding tank, while minimizing loss through proper draining. The position requires maintaining complete and accurate records, assisting operators in packaging, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HAACP, SQF, and safety regulations is essential. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, from 2 PM to 10 PM.
