The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) is seeking a Meetings & Events Intern for Summer 2026. This role is crucial to the SEIA Meetings & Events department, reporting to the Director, Meetings & Events. The intern will support the Manager and Coordinator with event registration tasks using SEIA’s event management platform and will handle customer service inquiries. Additionally, the intern will assist with competitive event research and data entry to expand the Meetings & Events portfolio. Responsibilities include supporting SEIA’s summer events with food and beverage management, AV coordination, room setup, and internal team coordination. Some onsite event assistance may be required.
