About the Role Love bringing big ideas to life? As a Meeting Manager at BCD, you’ll lead high-profile meetings and events from kickoff to closeout, creating seamless experiences that wow clients and attendees alike. You’ll be the go-to partner for strategy, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution while working closely with cross-functional teams and trusted vendors. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to keep many moving pieces on track.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of event planning and management experience, ideally in a corporate setting
  • Hands-on experience with Cvent, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in high-touch meetings and event management
  • Confidence creating clear, polished presentations for executive-level audiences

Responsibilities

  • Leading complex meetings and events from concept through final reconciliation with strong attention to detail
  • Building trusted client relationships and communicating clearly with stakeholders at every stage
  • Managing budgets, spotting cost-saving opportunities, and keeping financials accurate and on track
  • Coordinating vendors, venues, and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, high-quality experiences
  • Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and keeping projects moving toward deadlines
