Executive Meeting Manager

We’re looking for an Executive Meetings Manager to join our Sales team and help us grow our group and small-meeting business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys building relationships, selling creatively, and bringing together the many details that make a successful meeting or event. In this role, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and an ambassador for our hotel.

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming group and catering opportunities.
- Build relationships with new and returning clients while identifying opportunities to grow business.
- Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations that showcase what makes our property special.
- Prospect for new business through outreach, sales blitzes, cold calling, former-client relationships, and industry events.
- Create contracts, booking documentation, and maintain accurate client account files.
- Coordinate meeting and event details, including food & beverage, room setup, and audio/visual needs.
- Ask the right questions, make thoughtful recommendations, and create solutions that meet both client and hotel needs.
- Manage group room blocks from initial setup through projections and actualization.
- Create group resumes and communicate client expectations across hotel departments.
- Partner with hotel teams to ensure every detail is executed as promised.
- Use your creativity, communication, and negotiation skills to close business and achieve revenue goals.
- Help create exceptional guest experiences by being responsive, professional, and solutions-focused.
