Requirements
- Self-starter with a calm, professional disposition.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and service/detail events.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to handle issues diplomatically and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Selling catering-only and small event business for Varscona and Metterra Hotels.
- Servicing and detailing all assigned events on-property, including larger group events sold by Group Sales.
- Owning the Event Order/Banquet Event Order process.
- Coordinating with hotel departments and clients to ensure accurate planning, smooth execution, and timely/accurate billing follow-up.
