About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, distributors, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises. The Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson’s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we capture and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. It supports Johnson & Johnson: MedTech and Innovative Medicine. Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, Deliver is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Leadership, Communication, Self-Starter, Project Management, Analytical & problem solving skills and Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications i.e. (Access, Excel, Power Point) as well as data visualization applications such as Tableau & PowerBI.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Analysis and collaborate cross-functionally partnering with various teams to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals.
  • Manage and balance key business relationships while understanding the customer expectations and internal policies/requirements.
  • Identify and execute consolidation opportunities potentially within multiple functional areas: transportation, distribution, etc.
  • Manage and direct requests and inquiries from internal & external business partners (planning, commercial, operations).
