About The Position

The Channel Operations Pharm team provides excellent supply chain customer relationship management support to Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and Specialty Distributors while working with internal commercial and logistics partners to ensure positive outcomes for our customers and patients. In this role, you will lead the overall logistics relationship with targeted customers and develop, implement, and monitor supply chain/operational efficiency initiatives. You will work in a team environment where we will optimize the end-to-end customer experience! We will support customer relationships, and build/implement mutually beneficial business policies, procedures, and services. You will serve as the supply chain point of contact and advocate for focused customers and support the flow of data and information amongst team members. We are searching for the best talent for JJIM NA Deliver Channel Operations Co-op to be in State , NJ Titusville The Co-op term is from July to January, 2026/2027. Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing majors or masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Sciences or similar discipline
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Data Analytics/Visualization experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
  • Proven Leadership preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall logistics relationship with targeted customers.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain/operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Support customer relationships, and build/implement mutually beneficial business policies, procedures, and services.
  • Serve as the supply chain point of contact and advocate for focused customers.
  • Support the flow of data and information amongst team members.
  • Excel Reporting and Analytics (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • General Communications (Distributing Reports, Leading Meetings)
  • Data Analytics/ Visualizations (PowerBI)
  • Weekly Pharm Report Publication – accumulation of multiple data sources to report distributor supply chain
  • Support Channel Operations team with Key Performance Area reporting and Ad Hoc tasks.
  • Requests Ad Hoc Reporting to support key business partners (Trade Relations, Demand Planning)
  • Local Credo Team support and activities
