About The Position
Amerejuve Medspa is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice focused on helping our clients look and feel their best. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Medspa Marketing / Admin Assistant to join our Atlanta team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, marketing, customer service, and working in a fast-paced medspa environment. The right candidate will be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with creating engaging content that helps grow our brand and attract new clients. The Medspa Marketing / Admin Assistant will support the Atlanta location with daily administrative operations, client communication, social media, marketing initiatives, promotions, and events. We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable being the face of the brand both in person and online.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, administrative support, front desk, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience managing business social media accounts is strongly preferred.
- Experience creating short-form video content/Reels/TikToks is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and representing the brand professionally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new software, scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and marketing tools.
- Must be comfortable appearing in social media content when appropriate.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a medspa, medical aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness, or healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Assist with content planning and maintaining a consistent social media calendar.
- Capture photos and videos of the medspa, services, products, team, and events while maintaining appropriate client privacy.
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy that aligns with the Amerejuve brand.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages and respond professionally.
- Help increase followers, engagement, leads, and appointment inquiries through social media.
- Assist with promotions, campaigns, email marketing, SMS marketing, and special events.
- Coordinate with providers and management to identify opportunities for new content and promotions.
- Track basic marketing and social media performance metrics.
- Stay current with social media trends, beauty/aesthetics content, and digital marketing best practices.
- Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Answer phones, respond to texts/emails, and assist with appointment inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments.
- Assist with patient/client check-in and check-out.
- Maintain accurate client information and records in the practice management/CRM system.
- Assist with membership, package, product, and retail sales.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk and client area.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the team with additional operational duties as needed.
