About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) are needed in the South Carolina Low Country for full and part-time opportunities at NHC HealthCare Bluffton. This 120-bed skilled and long-term care facility, located near Hilton Head, SC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of a nursing program accredited by the state of SC and hold a current, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.

- Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.

Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided.
- Assist with meds and treatments as needed.
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned.
