About The Position

All Roads Kenworth has a new, air-conditioned, state-of-the-art facility in Upper Marlboro, MD, seeking a Diesel Technician. The role involves using mechanical skills to diagnose, service, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to efficient, accurate work are essential. Experience with Ford or Kenworth vehicles is preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Ford or Kenworth vehicles
• CDK experience

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
