Workday is seeking a Medium Enterprise Account Executive to join their Field Sales organization. This role focuses on net new revenue and driving growth by helping new customers transition from legacy platforms to Workday's enterprise management cloud. The team emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and delivering long-lasting value to customers, ensuring positive satisfaction from the initial engagement and ongoing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities within your assigned territory. You will also perform account planning, coordinate with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment, and initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects. Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data is also a key part of this position.
