Bristol Myers Squibb•Devens, MA
•$24 - $30

About The Position

Bristol Myers Squibb’s Medicinal Chemistry Co-op Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to advance innovative science in organic chemistry labs and gain industry and functional expertise. The co-op will lead a synthetic methodology project from initial hit through scope and mechanistic studies, with the goal of producing a first-author, peer-reviewed publication by the end of the term. Under the direct mentorship of a medicinal chemist, the co-op will also participate in medicinal chemistry team meetings and the design-make-test-analyze (DMTA) cycle, with opportunities to contribute to the synthesis of program intermediates and final targets. This is a temporary, full-time position for six months, from July 12 through December 17, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week. The role is intended to last for the duration of the co-op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment.
