About The Position

The Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks. This role could be dedicated to an assigned client and requires thorough documentation of all interactions and outcomes in our call tracking system. The primary responsibility for this role is phone outreach to patients and providers to address gaps in care.

Requirements

Pharmacy Technician National certification is required.
Ability to communicate effectively by email and phone.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional communication style.
Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Medication Therapy Management is preferred.
Experience with prescription data entry is preferred.
Experience with Google G-Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather patient encounter details, including allergies, medication history, medical conditions, and other relevant information.
Contact patients to reconcile medication lists and collect information needed to support care.
Coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support medication management services.
Document all interactions and outcomes in our call tracking system.
