About The Position

Spring Arbor of Greensboro is hiring a Medication Technician to support Assisted Living residents with medication administration and daily care. The role works under the guidance of the Resident Care Director and involves building relationships with residents while contributing to a care team. Full-time hours are 11 PM–7 AM; part-time shifts are 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a current Medication Training certification.
• Be able to pass a criminal background screening.
• Be willing to comply with the drug-free workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience with senior adults is highly preferred.
• CNA or NA license/certification in good standing, where applicable by state.
• CPR and First Aid certification, preferred or as required by the state.
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Approach every encounter with residents, associates, and visitors in a friendly, service-oriented way.
• Assist residents with medications as allowed under state guidelines.
• Help residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Communicate closely with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in and help lead resident activities.
• Deliver friendly, courteous service with resident satisfaction as a top priority.
