Med Tech (Per-Diem)
About The Position
The Medication Technician provides warm, engaging personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. The role includes helping residents with activities of daily living, observing changes in residents’ day-to-day condition and personal care needs, and updating their Resident Care Plans accordingly. The Medication Technician also encourages residents to participate in community programs and activities. This is a per-diem position at Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living in Summit, New Jersey. Shifts are 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. Employees must be available for at least four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month. Pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- Availability for a minimum of four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month.
Responsibilities
