Requirements

Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Medication Tech certification.
Minimum of 1 year of health care industry experience or 2 years’ experience as medication tech.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver daily oral, inhalation, and topical medications under a nurse's supervision, monitoring adverse reactions and documenting all actions per company policies.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings to the nurse while maintaining accurate documentation.
Perform related tasks such as vital sign checks, medication dose calculations, and cart restocking, ensuring safe handling and storage of medications.
