About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Medication Partner for The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, Missouri. This role is crucial in ensuring the proper administration of medication and maintaining medication carts and recordkeeping. The Medication Partner will also assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position emphasizes empathy, connection, and a positive, inclusive environment. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 6 states and employs nearly 1,900 individuals.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Appropriately certified per state guidelines and certification is active and in good standing.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening and annually thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper administration of medication.
  • Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Be proactive in assisting residents with ADLs.
  • Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
