About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Medication Partner to join our team at Vitalia Senior Residences- Westlake. This role is crucial in creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments, acting as an 'Advocate of Empathy.' You will be responsible for being present, sharing your talents, and being a reliable team member. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive and positive environment, be curious and engaged in their development, and proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Be present and reliable for residents and team members.
