About The Position
The Village at Northridge is seeking a Medication Aide to assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by a physician to residents. This role involves documenting all medication management related information, notifying the LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions, and managing all medication refills. Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver
- First Aid/CPR certified

- Some coursework or training in medication administration
Responsibilities
- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
