This role involves working in different sections of a busy production kitchen, supporting the team to run a successful section, and taking control of the dish room, china, pots, and pans. The ideal candidate will have impressive listening skills, a keen interest to learn, and attention to detail to ensure consistent, high standards.

• Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Production Kitchen operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
