About The Position
The Village at Northridge is seeking a Medication Aide for a full-time position working Friday-Sunday on the NOC shift (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM). Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver.
- First Aid/CPR certified.
Nice To Haves
- Some coursework or training in medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
