About The Position
The Village at Northridge is seeking a Kitchen Helper to work in different sections across their busy production kitchen. This role supports the team in running a successful section and involves taking control of the dish room, china, pots, and pans. The ideal candidate will have impressive listening skills, a keen interest to learn, and attention to detail to ensure consistent, high standards.

- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Confident working in a team
- Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Production Kitchen operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
