About the Role As a Medication Technician, you are at the heart of what we do. You’ll provide hands-on care, administer medications under nurse supervision, and serve as a trusted, daily support system for the individuals we serve. Requirements

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required that all employees wear pre-approved masks as designated by the CDC guidelines, to include surgical masks, KN95 masks, or N95 masks.

Responsibilities

Administer medications safely under the supervision of Program Nurses
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide direct care support, including assistance with ADLs/IADLs
Monitor and engage with clients throughout the day
Co-facilitate psychosocial and therapeutic activities
Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment at all times
Participate in weekly team meetings and collaboration
Transport clients to community activities (after training)
Support overall program success with additional duties as needed
Responsible for completing all pertinent clinical documentation.
Co-facilitate psychosocial activities and therapeutic integration activities.
Responsible for ensuring all safety measures are always adhered to and followed.
Monitor clients at all times throughout the premises.
Provide direct care services specific to ADLs/IADLs with clients.
Participate in weekly team meetings.
Transport clients to activities in the community after successfully completing vehicle training.
Other duties as assigned by Program Manager and/or Program Nurse.
