About The Position
RoseWood Village Greenbrier is hiring compassionate, dependable team members to join our senior living care team. We are looking for candidates for various roles including CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Medication Aide, Med Tech, or RMA. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. This is a great chance to interview in person the same day, meet our leadership team, and learn about available shifts and schedules. Our location is convenient and accessible by bus.
Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable and dependable
- Passionate about working with seniors
- Team-oriented
- Strong communicators
- Interested in Assisted Living, Memory Care or senior living
- Meet applicable Virginia medication aide training and certification requirements
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Worker or Med Tech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers and other activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and resident engagement
- Support a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work closely with our nursing and care team
- Assist with medication administration according to Virginia requirements
- Maintain accurate medication documentation
- Observe residents and communicate changes to the care team
- Assist with resident care as needed
- Provide compassionate and dependable service
