Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current Medication Training certification required
• Able to successfully complete required background screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
• CNA or Nursing Assistant certification may be a plus depending on state requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or as required by the state
• Previous experience with electronic resident documentation systems is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable and team-focused

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with medications as permitted by state guidelines
• Supporting residents with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
• Helping with mobility, transfers and positioning
• Changing bed linens
• Communicating with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
• Providing compassionate and respectful resident support
• Participating in and helping lead resident activities when needed
• Delivering friendly, helpful customer service to residents and families
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
